In this skit package, the characters and children review the qualities of friendship as have been exemplified in Jesus’ friends. The main qualities of time, thankfulness, common likes and dislikes, sticking up for each other, and being willing to do anything for that friend will be portrayed briefly. -
Befriending Jesus is the challenge of this volume. The children are introduced to the people Jesus befriended: Nicodemus, Zaccheus, Peter, the leper, the little children, James and John, the boy with the fish, Judas, and Saul/Paul. The children are challenged with the question, "Am I a friend of Jesus?"
