Harvey and Tina learn that they are not very good at dealing with jealousy. They learn that jealousy is very destructive as they compare their toys to see who has the best stuff. Their toys are mistakenly donated to a mission orphanage. Pastor Rufus shares God's opinion about greed, jealousy, and the power of giving things away.

Harvey cannot “run away” from the love of Pastor Rufus, even after he is responsible for all of Pastor Rufus’ power tools being stolen. Pastor Rufus forgives Harvey and celebrates Harvey's return home. Tina gets jealous. Both Tina and Harvey learn to celebrate God’s continual love, just like they enjoy Pastor Rufus’ love, no matter who ran away, or who stayed home.

Harvey begs his dad’s forgiveness, and Pastor Rufus, cancels Harvey’s debt for breaking the church’s stained-glass window. Tina gets jealous because she still must work off her debt for breaking Harvey’s skateboard. Bonnie tells them the Parable of The Prodigal Son, and Tina and Harvey learn to celebrate God’s continual love.
