God is not happy with lazy sluggards. In this skit, the characters (Harvey, Tina, Clem, and Zelda) experience what a sluggard is as they watch Zelda not participate in activities at the family camp. Pastor Rufus uses the wisdom and words found in Proverbs to help Zelda understand that the character of a sluggard displeases God. The characters all learn that “doing things later” is not a good idea, and that not taking your responsibilities seriously causes trouble.
